Some of our clients choose our wedding films in lieu of a videographer, and some work with us in addition to a videographer. And with a little help from us, your guests make the best videographers! Here’s why:

They come to the wedding well prepared. A week prior to the big day, your guests will receive an emailed gift from us: "Your Lens, Their Love: Smartphone Video Secrets for Weddings (and Beyond!)". We've created a short crash course on smartphone filming basics. Your people will be psyched to play an even bigger part in your day AND come prepared to take the most gorgeous video footage ever - of YOU!
You won't miss a moment of your day. So much happens that you naturally miss because you're busy doing...wedding things! A film created by your people allows you to see SO. MUCH. MORE. You're going to be amazed at all the small, beautiful moments people enjoyed throughout the day!
Your film will have the intimacy/familiarity/hilarity of hanging out with your friends and family. Because the content is captured by the people that love you the most! And it's from all different perspectives and unique moments that happen across your event - many of which are missed by traditional videographers!
There’s no starting or ending time. Your people are capturing content while you’re getting ready, when they arrive at the ceremony, during cocktail hour, speeches, dinner, dancing, and yes, even the wild after party. They can take video of details (cake, favors, drinks, etc) and literally ANYthing you want them to. The more they know about this film the better - they’re on your team! Having a weekend getaway event? You can include the whole thing - start to finish!
We make it super easy for them to get us their content. Once you purchase your wedding film, we’ll ask you for ALL the details, colors, and vibes you’re going for in your wedding. We’ll have an intro call and get to know each other. And we’ll get to know how you’d like to display your custom signage. Based on all of that, we’ll create beautiful artwork for you to display at the wedding. The artwork will include instructions for the guests and a custom QR code which will allow them to upload their footage to us right from the wedding! We have LOTS of creative ways you can display this information (think large easel display, hotel gift bags, on the bar, in any transportation you’re providing, at brunch, printed on napkins - the possibilities are endless!).The more places you display this the more footage your guests will submit for your film!
We follow up. (sorry, I had to add a sixth!) Did your guests leave before remembering to upload their footage? We’ve got you! We send two follow-up emails (5 and 10 days afterwards) with a link requesting any final uploads.
